Exchange & Store Credit

What is our exchange policy?

A request for an exchange, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused for any exchanges. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfill exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing.

Exchanges can be made for garments equal to the same full price value.  Store credit will be issued back to the customer for exchanges based on the price paid for the garment. As a small business we do not offer a refund back to your credit card.

Items purchased during promotional periods (using a discount or promotion code) are not eligible for exchanges. The particular promotion in issue may have additional, more restrictive terms and conditions.

Only authorized returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorization will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment.

How do I organize an exchange? 

If you've met the above requirements, please email us at info@saneaseason.com to complete your exchange. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.

 

How long will it take to process my exchange?  

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed by our team. We’ll send you an email notification once your exchange has been shipped so you know it’s on the way. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed by our warehouse team. 

 

Are exchanges free? 

The shipping cost of exchanging item(s) to the Sanēa for an exchange, is not covered or reimbursed by us.

 

Sizing Information

We understand the importance of purchasing the correct size when ordering online which is why all products have detailed sizing information within their product descriptions.

 Cancellations

All pre-orders and in stock orders are eligible for a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as they have not already shipped. To cancel an order, please email info@saneaseason.com with 'your order number/ cancel order' in the subject line. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you have any questions regarding your order.
