Exchange & Store Credit

 

What is our exchange policy?

Please note that all Sanēa pieces are made to order and require a minimum of 7+ days for completion, depending on the piece. As each item is produced specifically for you, we kindly ask that you review the product description for specific lead times before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds for returned items.

We offer store credit or exchanges for garments that are unworn and in their original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.

All item(s) must be in their original condition, including original packaging and attached tags. Garments that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for exchange. Please take care when trying on items, as we are unable to accept returns with makeup marks or perfume scents.

All item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before an exchange can be processed. Exchanges are subject to item availability at the time your return is received.

Exchanges are permitted only for items of the same full-price value. Store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the original item. As a small business, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Purchases made during promotional periods (using a discount or promo code) are not eligible for exchange or store credit. All such sales are final. Certain promotions may include additional terms and conditions.

Only pre-approved exchanges will be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be declined, and customers will be responsible for arranging collection of the item.

 


How do I organise an exchange?

If you meet the above criteria, please email us at info@saneaseason.com to request an exchange. We recommend using a registered or trackable postal service and retaining proof of shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

 


How long will it take to process my exchange?

Once your return has been received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been shipped. Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is processed.

 


Are exchanges free?

Return shipping costs to Sanēa are not covered or reimbursed.

 


Sizing Information

We understand the importance of selecting the correct size when shopping online. Detailed sizing information is provided in each product description.

Cancellations

All pre-orders and in-stock orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email info@saneaseason.com with “Order Number / Cancel Order” in the subject line.

After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
